About Attorney Emily Nestor Lippert

Attorney Emily Nestor Lippert focuses her practice on providing comprehensive legal services in Estate Planning, Business Planning and Organization, and Estate or Trust Administration.

Born and raised in Genesee County, Emily has a deep personal connection to the community. She currently resides in the Lansing area, strategically positioning herself to effectively serve clients not just locally, but all across the state of Michigan. Her understanding of both West and East Michigan communities allows her to deliver tailored, accessible legal support wherever her clients are located.

Emily’s commitment to the legal field began in 2015 with her focus centering on estates, trusts, and businesses since 2020. Prior to becoming an attorney, she served as a both a legal assistant and law clerk. This extensive, hands-on experience allows her to offer well-rounded and strategic advice to her clients.

A dedicated scholar, Emily earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) Cum Laude from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2022. She graduated with a concentration in Business and Estate Planning for Small Business, equipping her with the unique skills needed to advise clients on their personal and professional legacies.

Before law school, Emily completed her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Cleary University in 2018.

Emily is a member of the State of Michigan Bar and holds a Certificate of Completion in Probate and Estate Planning from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She also is a board member of a local non-profit, Morgan’s Place.
