Under current Michigan law, two drunk driving offenses within 7 years will result
in a mandatory minimum one-year license revocation. Three drunk driving offenses
within 10 years will result in a mandatory minimum five-year revocation. Getting
your license back can only be accomplished after reapplying with the Driver’s
License Appeal Division (DLAD) and is by no means a guarantee upon application.
